* 2–5 years of hands-on experience with industrial automation, robotics, or automated manufacturing systems.
* Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting robotic systems and automation equipment.
* Familiarity with robots such as FANUC, Yaskawa, Kuka, ABB, Nachi, Denso, Janome, Adept, or similar.
* Experience with PLC controllers including RSLogix, Mitsubishi, Siemens, FANUC, or equivalent platforms.
* Knowledge of servo motors, motion controllers, sensors, drives, and vision systems.
* Experience with automated packaging systems and multi-axis robotic equipment preferred.
* Strong electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to debug and adjust automated machinery and robotic controllers.
* Customer training and technical support experience preferred.
* Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments as needed.
* Install, configure, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial robotic automation systems and automated work cells.
* Perform initial installations, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, upgrades, and overhauls for automated production equipment.
* Set up, align, debug, adjust, and troubleshoot robots, machines, controllers, and packaging systems.
* Service robotic systems incorporating robot arms, EOAT (End of Arm Tooling), motion controllers, servo motors, drives, sensors, and vision systems.
* Work with 3, 4, 5, or more linear and rotary axis consumer goods packaging systems.
* Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC-based control systems.
* Train customers on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and system requirements.
* Provide field service support and technical expertise for automation equipment and robotic cells.
