Robotics Club Advisor and Assistant Advisor vacancies in the high school are available for the 2026-2027 school year.
Description: The Robotics Club Advisor will lead advisors and students in all phases of designing, building, and programming robots to perform a variety of tasks for competition at local, regional, national, and international FIRST competitions.
Responsibilities: Ensure the robot is constructed and trouble-shooted in time for competitions through best practices and with adherence to safety guidelines. Maintain all club assets. Oversee advisors and/or mentor the students in carrying out their club functions: managing club funds/vendor payments, registration/transportation for competitions, fundraising, and preparation for the awards competition. Supervise Robotics meetings so that they adhere to the club charter and proper procedures are followed. Confer with school administration on budgetary matters. Perform any other duties deemed necessary for a successful program in collaboration with school administration.
