Come solve the hardest problems with the best team on the planet!This role operates on an overnight schedule, Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.What You'll DoSupport Customers, interact and operate running our state of the art autonomous welding cellsInterface with customers to ensure our equipment is operating efficiently.Coordinate with our engineering resources to troubleshoot issues that may arise.Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on our automation equipment/cells locally or at customer sitesTroubleshoot customer issues of the welding system—familiarity with electrical, mechanical and vision systems will be helpful.Record data as required by engineers to drive issue resolutionCarefully monitor cell performance and part fit‑upRead engineering drawings, assembly diagrams, electrical schematics and interpret blueprintsService and maintain pneumatic systems, welding equipment, robotics, and electrical automation devices.Integrate a sophisticated autonomous welding cell into a customer's manufacturing process.Learn Forge processes in great detail and gain familiarity in operating the cell from command prompts and code changesInspect, clean, and replace electrical and mechanical componentsBe adaptable!
