A growing firm looking to add a Roadway Project Manager to their team!
Responsibilities:
Manage roadway/highway design projects from start
to finish (geometric design, drainage coordination, maintenance of traffic and
traffic control plans)
Prepare project scopes, budgets, and schedules
Monitor progress of multiple projects, manage
risks, and implement corrective actions
Lead internal multidisciplinary teams
Serve as primary client contact for INDOT districts and local agencies
Coordinate projects with utility companies,
permitting agencies, and other stakeholders
Develop proposals, scopes, and fee estimates
for new pursuits
Oversee QA/QC processes
Ensure project documentation is complete and
accurate (calculations, meeting minutes, and deliverables)
Mentor/train junior staff
Requirements:
Bachelor
of Science or degree in Civil Engineering
Master’s
degree preferred
8+
years of experience working on INDOT, and Indiana LPAs transportation
projects
Indiana
Professional Engineer license
Demonstrated
knowledge of INDOT standards, procedures, and project delivery process
Ability
to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability
to maintain budget, schedule, and quality objectives
Proficient
with roadway design tools such as MicroStation/OpenRoads or similar CAD
platforms and Microsoft Office for project documentation and reporting
