Role Overview
This is a mobile roadside assistance position focused on helping stranded motorists with common vehicle issues. The job combines driving, light mechanical work, customer service, and battery-related sales and service. Technicians work independently in the field using a service vehicle and dispatch system.

Primary Duties

• Perform jump-starts, battery testing, battery installation, and warranty battery replacement

• Handle tire changes, lockouts, and minor roadside repairs

• Respond promptly to roadside service calls

• Communicate effectively with dispatch

• Maintain accurate service and communication records

• Deliver professional customer service and promote battery sales when appropriate

What They’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work outdoors

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

• Mechanical aptitude is helpful, but training is provided

• Customer service experience is preferred
