Maintain Patient Safety Work Contact Group (Internal/External) All HMC employees, patients and their families, physicians and the public Reporting Relationships Reports to (position): Clinical Coordinator of Wound Care Supervises (position(s): Patient Care Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Nurse Intern, Unit Coordinator, Patient Safety Assistant Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: \u00e2\u2014 All Hires after July 2012 are required to have a Bachelor#s Degree in Nursing. \u00e2\u2014 Or is Associates Degree or Diploma must be enrolled in BSN program and completed within 4 years of hire Preferred: None Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: \u00e2\u2014 2 years nursing experience including care of the ostomy patient and patients with pressure ulcers and draining wounds. \u00e2\u2014#Computer literate Preferred: None License, Registry or Certification: Required: Current RN licensure Preferred: Certification in enterostermal therapy/wound care Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: \u00e2\u2014 Knowledgeable of specialty beds and Skin care products. \u00e2\u2014 Excellent interpersonal skills. \u00e2\u2014 Ability to identify problems and resolve them using evidence based research in a systematic approach. # Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
