PositionSummary Provides quality nursing care through the application of the nursing process using evidence based practice focusing on excellent outcomes and patient experience Primary Position Responsibilities Facilitate patient care as a case manager Documentation of care Education of patients and families Patient Advocate Maintain patient safety Other duties as assigned Performs hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBO) related duties as assigned, upon completion of hyperbaric training Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma Preferred: Wound Care certification, Bachelors Degree in Nursing Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Preferred: 1 year Medical Surgical, Home Health or Wound Care License, Registry or Certification: Required: Current RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification Preferred: Wound Care certification Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Must pass initial and annual clinical competency based program by exam and skill performance in the following areas: Case Management, Total Contact Casting, Compression therapy, NPWT, ABI, Wagner Classification System Preferred: Hunterdon Health is committed to providing a competitive benefit package to our employees.
