Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekend Supervisor / Wound Care Nurse
Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor / Wound Care Nurse. This leadership role combines clinical oversight with specialized wound care services to ensure our residents receive exceptional care and achieve the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision of nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Assess, monitor, document, and coordinate wound care treatments and interventions
- Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Ensure quality resident care and compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Assist with resident assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
- Support, mentor, and guide nursing staff to promote positive resident outcomes
- Respond to clinical concerns and provide leadership during weekend operations
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Wound care experience preferred
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
