Job Title: RN Unit Manager

Location: Exeter, NH

Contract Duration: 14 Weeks

Schedule:
• 40 Hours Guaranteed

Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager for a Long Term Care setting to oversee daily unit operations, coordinate resident care, and lead nursing staff. The role involves clinical leadership, staff supervision, and ensuring high-quality resident outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the nursing unit and oversee resident care delivery
• Coordinate and update individualized care plans for residents
• Supervise, schedule, and support nursing staff and CNAs
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor changes in condition
• Ensure accurate documentation, charting, and medication administration
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy teams, families, and interdisciplinary staff
• Monitor compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
• Address resident/family concerns and support quality improvement initiatives
• Participate in staff training, performance evaluations, and clinical guidance
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination

Requirements:
• Active RN License required
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
• Previous leadership or Unit Manager experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills required
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate resident care effectively
