Job Summary:
Tryfacta is seeking a RN Unit Manager for our client in Albuquerque, NM 87112. This is a 7-week contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!

Position Title: RN Unit Manager
Location: Albuquerque, NM 87112
Duration: 07 weeks contract with all possible extension
Work Schedule: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 05:00)

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
  • Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during assigned shifts to ensure high-quality resident care.
  • Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations.
  • Assess residents' conditions, develop and update care plans, and respond promptly to changes in health status.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures as prescribed by physicians.· Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers while ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Monitor infection prevention and control practices to maintain a safe environment for residents and staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
To be considered for this position, you should have: [Skills, Education, or Experience]
  • Minimum 1 year of RN UM experience preferred
  • Preferred EMR System: PCC
  • Knowledge of basic patient care , vital signs, and ADLs
  • Ability to observe and report changes in patient condition.
