Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $70/hour
- Weekly Gross: $2,800
- Shift: Day Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours
- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit
- Supervise and support nursing staff
- Ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with standards
- Coordinate care plans with interdisciplinary teams
- Monitor patient progress and outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License
- Previous Unit Manager or Supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred
