If our mission resonates with you, consider joining our Post Surgical Nursing Team in this rewarding opportunity: Position Overview + Schedule: Part-time, 0.6 FTE + Shift: Night shift (two 12-hour shifts each week, 18:30-07:00) + Unit: 32-bed inpatient unit caring for postoperative patients + Salary Range: $56.92 - $86.09 per hour; actual hiring rate depends on collective bargaining agreement terms. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs 2. Document patient care according to established standards 3. Direct and delegate care to other team members based on competence and credentials 4. Maintain and expand your professional effectiveness through education and development 5. Participate in safety, quality improvement, and hospital initiatives 6. Support a collaborative, interdisciplinary care model 7.
