Position Summary The RN Supervisor (Registered Nurse Supervisor) provides leadership, supervision, and coordination of daily nursing operations in a skilled nursing / long-term care facility. This role ensures high-quality patient care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities - Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) on assigned shift
- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards (CMS, state, federal)
- Monitor patient care, assessments, and documentation
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Respond to and manage clinical situations as needed
Qualifications - Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
- Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
