RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing | Flexible PRN Schedule

Northwoods Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to support weekend clinical operations on a PRN (as-needed) basis. This role is ideal for a nurse looking for flexibility and additional hours in a leadership capacity.

Compensation: $40/hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight during weekend shifts

• Support and guide nursing staff, including RN, LPN, and Nursing Assistants

• Serve as the on-site clinical leader and resource

• Assist with resident care as needed and ensure quality standards are maintained

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

What We're Looking For:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred

• Prior supervisory or charge experience strongly preferred

• Ability to work independently and lead with confidence
