Title: Clinical Support Nurse (RN)

Shift: 6:00 pm - 6:30 am, Days Vary

Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Collaborate with nursing leadership to provide staff direction, uphold core values, and maintain open lines of communication across the department
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Lead daily clinical meetings, manage resident admissions/discharges, and participate in care conferences to ensure seamless transitions and care planning.
Documentation & Compliance: Audit MARs, TARs, and physician orders daily to ensure 100% accuracy and clinical follow-through.
Provider Relations: Act as the primary liaison for contracted wound care groups and assist physicians during clinical rounds.
Family Advocacy: Proactively communicate changes in resident conditions to families and responsible parties.
Staff Development: Facilitate staff education through huddles and one-on-one training; assist with shift coverage and staffing updates based on facility census.
