Position Summary

As the RN Supervisor (Night Shift, 7p-7a), you will provide leadership, oversight, and clinical support to the nursing team while ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care. You will coordinate and supervise nursing operations during your shift, promote compliance with regulatory standards, and foster a positive environment for both residents and staff.

This role is ideal for an experienced nurse who is passionate about leading teams and improving the lives of our veteran residents.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans
  • Coordinate day-to-day clinical operations and staffing activities
  • Monitor compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to nursing team members
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal resident outcomes
  • Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Serve as a clinical resource and leader within the facility

 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to supervise, coach, and work effectively with nursing staff
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional resident-centered care

 

Preferred:

  • Previous experience as an RN Supervisor
  • Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran care experience
