Job Details

We are hiring a RN Supervisor & Staff RN for an acute care surgical / bariatric / post-operative unit.

This role offers the flexibility to step into leadership OR remain hands-on clinically, with both day and night shift options available.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical oversight and leadership to nursing staff
Support patient care delivery in a high-acuity acute care environment
Assist with staff development, training, and performance feedback
Coordinate care across interdisciplinary teams
Ensure quality outcomes, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
Act as charge nurse / team lead as needed
