BrightStar Care is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care to patients in The Colony.

️ Responsibilities May Include:
- Skilled nursing visits
- Medication administration
- Wound care
- Assessments and documentation
- Patient and family education
- Coordination with physicians and care teams
- Trach, G-Tube, and Hoyer lift
- 12 hr days
- 100 hrs trach
️ Qualifications:
- Current Texas RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance
- Home health or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
