‍️ Your Role as an RN

1. Provide high-quality nursing care according to care plans
2. Administer medications and treatments
3. Monitor resident conditions and report changes
4. Communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
5. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
6. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance

Qualifications

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2. Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
