About Ashley Wellness Center

Ashley Wellness Center is a worksite clinic serving Ashley Furniture employees and their families, providing comprehensive primary and occupational care at no cost. At Ashley Wellness Center, you'll have the opportunity to deliver meaningful, relationship-based care to a defined patient population while improving health literacy and supporting a diverse, often underserved community-making a tangible impact on the lives of those you serve.

Position Overview

As a Registered Nurse at Ashley Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering both telephonic and in-person care. This role blends triage expertise, patient education, and ambulatory nursing, with a strong focus on work injury triage and proactive care coordination.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct telephone and in-person triage for work-related injuries and general health concerns

  • Assess patient needs and direct appropriate care (on-site treatment vs. ER referral)

  • Provide nurse-only visits (BP checks, injections, screenings, testing, and education)

  • Assist with DOT physical preparation and care coordination

  • Participate in chronic disease management (e.g., anticoagulation/warfarin management)

  • Deliver culturally responsive care to a diverse population, including a high percentage of Spanish-speaking patients

  • Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient, high-quality care

  • Adapt to evolving workflows in a contracted clinic environment

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Associate Degree in Nursing

  • Active and unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Minnesota RN license required within 3 months of hire

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or American Red Cross, hands-on)

  • Strong clinical judgment and triage skills

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)

  • 6+ months of nursing experience

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Adaptable and thrives in a dynamic clinic environment

  • Strong team player who is willing to jump in and support colleagues

  • Skilled in triage and able to quickly assess and prioritize patient needs

  • Effective communicator who can identify subtle cues and patient concerns

  • Passionate about serving underserved populations and improving health literacy

What You'll Get

  • Starting Pay: $30.46/hour (higher based on experience)

  • Predictable weekday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or call

  • Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with match, paid time off, competitive health insurance, and family-focused wellness programs

  • Career growth opportunities, including access to Emplify Health's Career Development Center to help you navigate and advance your career
