RN, Registered Nurse | Allergy
Location: Onalaska, WI
Schedule: Part-time | 0.7 FTE (56 hours/pay period)
Shift: 8-hour day shift between 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating day off)

Position Overview
As an Allergy RN, you'll deliver specialized care through a balance of direct patient interaction (70%) and clinical coordination (30%).
You'll support patients throughout their allergy care journey-providing testing, treatment, education, and follow-up in a setting that values both independence and teamwork.
What You'll Do
Provide allergy testing, injections, and patient education
Room patients and perform clinical intake
Conduct nurse-only visits, including injection schedules and follow-ups
Manage phone triage, MyChart in-basket messaging, and care coordination
Review referrals to ensure appropriate scheduling and care plans
Collaborate with Pediatrics, Dermatology, Pulmonary, Pharmacy, and Float Pool
What You'll Bring
Required:
Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate degree in nursing (or higher)
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Providers
