    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    As a National Nurse Resident, you'll step into a hands-on, supportive experience designed to help you grow and build confidence from day one. You won't be on your own. You can expect real mentorship, meaningful feedback, and a team invested in your long-term success.

    Every day you'll collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver care that sees each patient as an individual. You'll administer treatments, track vitals, educate patients and families, and play a key role in making sure people feel seen, heard, and cared for.

    To succeed in this role, you'll actively engage in our comprehensive, evidence-based Nurse Residency Program designed to support your growth and professional development. With a strong drive to learn and a team-first mindset, you'll continue sharpening your skills while building a meaningful, fulfilling nursing career.

    Job Requirements

    Required:

    • Bachelors Of Science Nursing and Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in the acute care setting, upon hire and
    • Minimum of 2 years clinical teaching experience and
    • Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire

    Preferred:

    • Masters Of Science Nursing, upon hire
