Location: Arizona 85006
Pay: $1,987 – $2,230/week
Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
10.5-hour shifts
Weekends, holidays, and on-call required
Conduct preadmission assessments and patient interviews
Review medical history, medications, and readiness for procedures
Coordinate with providers to ensure pre-procedure requirements are met
Educate patients on preoperative instructions and expectations
Document and communicate patient information accurately
Active RN license
Relevant clinical nursing experience
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior preadmission, pre-op, or outpatient surgical experience
