RN - Post Anesthesia

We care for patients whom have had all different types of surgeries with the most frequent being although not limited to: Vascular (carotids/AAA repairs), General, Thoracic (esophagectomy), Gynecology, Neuro (craniotomy for tumor/neurostimulators/mod radical neck with trach), Orthopedic, kidney transplants, and whipples. Art lines/Central Lines/must be familiar with vasoactive and sedative drips/chest tube tubes/trachs.

PACU RN Needed for 06/22 Start - Bill Rate ***

D/N Rotation Variable Starts of 0700, 0800, 0900, 1000, 1100, and 1900.

Ventricular/ICP Monitoring: Yes to ventricular drains. No to ICP monitoring in PACU. Goes directly to ICU if need ICP.

Art lines/Central Lines/must be familiar with vasoactive and sedative drips/chest tube tubes/trachs

HIGH ACUITY HIGH VOLUME PACU/controlled chaos in evenings

PACU Overnight boarders regularly include the following ICU craniotomies, step down, or med surg patients.

Preferred previous ICU and/or high acuity PACU experience.
