Spectrum Healthcare Resources, a leading provider of high-quality healthcare, is looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Patient Centered Medical Home supporting Ellsworth AFB inRapid City, South Dakota. What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct, personalized patient care in a supportive setting.
  • Perform comprehensive health assessments and create tailored care plans that meet individual patient needs.
  • Administer medications and carry out therapeutic treatments to promote recovery and wellness.
  • Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of patient health.
  • Educate patients on preventive care and healthy living strategies to empower them in their wellness journey.
  • Keep detailed, accurate patient records to ensure seamless care delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • A current, unrestricted Registered Nurse license in South Dakota.
  • BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on the role).
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.

Your Experience:

  • At least 2 years of nursing experience in an Outpatient, Ambulatory or primary care setting.
  • Knowledge of electronic health records for efficient patient management.
  • Experience in military healthcare is a plus but not required.
