What You’ll Do:
Deliver coordinated nursing care using the nursing process and established standards of care
Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
Collaborate with physicians, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive patient outcomes
Supervise and support nursing staff while promoting a safe and healing environment
Educate patients and families while assisting with discharge planning and continuity of care
What You’ll Bring:
Active Oregon RN license required
BLS/CPR certification required
ACLS and PALS certifications required
Acute care nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and leadership skills
