Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN - Outpatient OTP Clinic for an exciting opportunity in Ketchikan, AK.
Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and monitor clinical status
- Administer medications according to provider orders and clinic protocols
- Manage OTP medication workflows and controlled inventory
- Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record
- Conduct point-of-care testing and quality control checks
- Support daily medication room and clinic operations
- Collaborate with providers, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary teams
- Provide patient education regarding medications and treatment plans
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as a clinical resource for patients and staff
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of acute care or outpatient nursing experience preferred
- Experience with medication administration and clinic workflows preferred
- Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outpatient environment
- Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
- Medication safety and inventory management experience preferred
