We Are Hiring:

Location: West Allis, WI

Facility: Greater Milwaukee Area

Department/Specialty: Oncology

Schedule: Part Time | 8am-4:30pm

What You Will Do:
  • Lead patient navigation for those on oral chemotherapy, providing the education and clinical monitoring necessary to ensure safe treatment and optimal health outcomes.

  • Bridge the gap between patients, physicians, and insurance providers to streamline care delivery and act as a dedicated advocate for the patient’s journey.

  • Remove barriers to care by proactively identifying psychosocial or financial hurdles, ensuring that every patient—regardless of insurance status—has a clear path to treatment.

  • Drive clinical excellence by tracking patient outcomes and transforming that data into actionable process improvements that elevate the standard of care for the entire team.

  • Empower patients through personalized adherence coaching and toxicity management, reducing medication risks while improving their quality of life during treatment.

What You Will Need:

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
