Required Skills:
Valid RN license in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of experience in acute or outpatient surgical settings
Proficiency in nursing documentation, patient assessment, and care planning
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively delegate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
Skilled in using electronic medical records and web-based healthcare applications
Knowledge of infection control protocols and safety standards
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Nice to Have Skills:
Certification in perioperative nursing or relevant clinical specialties
Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Experience with outpatient surgical procedures and protocols
Advanced certifications such as ACLS or BLS
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN)
More than 2 years of OR or outpatient surgical nursing experience
Other Requirements:
Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and coverage needs
Willingness to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
