Job Description:
Evaluates program metric performance, ensures accurate public reporting, and provides real-time feedback to drive performance improvement. Rounds on stroke patients to provide education and participate in multi-disciplinary rounds to ensure safe and timely discharge. Responds to and participates in random stroke alert events to support the clinical team. Facilitates monthly Pre-Op Classes and Support Groups for bariatric patients. Manages and coordinates hospital quarterly Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Committee meetings and compliance with standards. Identifies yearly quality improvement initiatives, gathers data, and prepares initiatives using quality improvement methodologies. Manages and coordinates hospital bariatric compliance readiness for site visits. Develops, coordinates, and provides education to physicians, staff, patients, and the community on relevant topics. Makes follow-up calls to bariatric patients post-operatively to assess status and communicates with the surgeon's practice. Other duties as assigned. Leads interdisciplinary committees to improve clinical performance, standardize processes, and ensures compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards. Develops and implements corrective action plans to address variations in care and improve performance. Coordinates the development and deployment of educational plans for Stroke and Bariatric programs, including community education events.

Pay Range:
$68,132.50 - $119,520.35
