POSITION SUMMARY: CPH Obstetrics (OB) department manages patients throughout the continuum of pregnancy. CPH OB RNs are responsible for antepartum, intra-partum, and post-partum patients, as well as managing well newborns and special care nursery patients. This position provides individualized, goal-directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of a School of Nursing Current Alaska Nursing License NRPandSTABLE Certification must be obtained within one year of employment This is a 13-week temporary assignment starting on June 21, 2026.
