HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Your Role:
Serve as a resource person and problem solver for the nursing staff
Interpret policies and procedures for nursing and administration
Provide information and support for family members and patients
Resolve complaints
Handle calls and paperwork for patient transfers
Follows all policies, procedures, and requirements of TMH
Sctively support a commitment to the mission and vision of TMH, consistently displaying behaviors in harmony with the I CARE values.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY:
Required Education:
Associates Degree in Nursing
Preferred Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Required Experience:
Two (2) years of RN experience
Preferred Experience:
Five (5) years as RN
Two (2) years as supervisor
Required Certification/License/Registry:
Licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in accordance with Florida Statutes (FS), Title XXXII (Regulation of Professions and Occupations), Chapter 464 (Nursing), Part I (Nurse Practice Act) [includes multistate compact licensure]
