RN – Nurse Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations in a hospital or acute care setting in Los Angeles, California. This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about staff development, patient care quality, and operational excellence.
Manage daily nursing operations, staffing, and scheduling for assigned unit(s)
Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight to nursing staff
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and hospital leadership
Oversee patient care delivery to ensure safety, satisfaction, and optimal outcomes
Active California RN license
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s preferred
Minimum 3–5 years clinical nursing experience; prior leadership experience preferred
Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality improvement, and regulatory standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
Must have OR Experience
