    Clinical Manager (RN) - Hospice

    BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Harrisburg, PA Hospice office as a Clinical Manager. Our team provides compassionate, best-in-class hospice care to adult and geriatric clients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living communities.

As a Clinical Manager, you''ll lead and support a dedicated team of clinicians while helping ensure our clients and their families receive exceptional, compassionate care throughout their hospice journey.

    As a Clinical Manager, you will:

    • Lead, inspire, and motivate nurses and field clinicians to provide exceptional hospice care.
    • Conduct supervisory and assessment visits with adult and geriatric clients throughout Harrisburg and surrounding areas.
    • Supervise, coach, and support a team of nurses and other field clinicians.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new clinicians.
    • Support the training, development, and ongoing education of clinical staff.
    • Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and educational programs for field staff.
    • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to clinicians, clients, and families.
    • Partner with the interdisciplinary team and office leadership to promote quality care and positive client outcomes.

    Qualifications:

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required.
    • Previous hospice experience required.
    • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
    • Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
    • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered end-of-life care.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
    • Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area as needed.
