This full-time leadership position offers a consistent Monday–Thursday schedule, giving you Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off every week while maintaining full-time hours and benefits.

Well-Spring, a premier Life Plan Community in Greensboro, is seeking an experienced and compassionate RN Nurse Manager to join our Health Care team. This leadership position works closely with the Director of Nursing to oversee evening clinical operations, support nursing staff, and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

We are looking for a strong nurse leader who enjoys mentoring staff, promoting quality outcomes, and creating a positive environment for both residents and team members.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
  • Conduct routine rounds and review 24-hour nursing reports
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care using the nursing process
  • Administer and document medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians, families, and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Recommend corrective action when necessary
  • Respond to emergency situations and initiate appropriate interventions
  • Participate in staff meetings, committees, and resident care conferences
  • Support infection control practices and facility safety procedures
  • Assist with orientation and training of new team members

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current North Carolina RN license in good standing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills

Preferred

  • Two or more years of supervisory experience in senior living, skilled nursing, long-term care, or a CCRC setting
  • Experience working with geriatric residents
