Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate nursing care plans for assigned units, ensuring evidence-based practice.

  • Monitor patient outcomes and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

  • Oversee patient safety initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Mentor and develop registered nurses and care staff through hands-on guidance.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans and workflows.

  • Utilize performance metrics and pipelines to forecast staffing needs and targets.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation for patient records and care plans.

  • Perform and supervise admissions, discharges, and patient assessments efficiently.

  • Provide clinical coaching on advanced nursing procedures and best practices.

  • Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue growth initiatives.

  • Communicate effectively with leadership on patient care status and resource needs.

  • Support on-site operations by coordinating with administration for scheduling and logistics.


Experience/Qualifications

  • RN license in good standing with current clinical practice eligibility.

  • Lead nursing care planning and evidence-based practice oversight.

  • Experience in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation and regulatory-compliant records.

  • Mentor and coach nursing staff with hands-on development plans.

  • Strong collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care.

  • Proficient in staffing analytics and forecasting using performance metrics.

  • Efficient admissions, discharges, and patient assessment leadership.
