Clinical Supervisor RN | San Luis Obispo, CA

Lead with compassion, confidence, and clinical excellence. Adventist Health Sierra Vista is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor RN to provide unit-based leadership and support high-quality patient care in beautiful San Luis Obispo, CA.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide leadership and oversight for nursing and ancillary staff on assigned units

• Collaborate with Nurse Managers, Directors, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care

• Monitor patient care delivery, staffing, patient safety, and operational efficiency

• Support staff development, coaching, scheduling, and performance management

• Promote patient satisfaction, quality improvement initiatives, and regulatory compliance

• Participate in patient care activities and assist with resolving operational or patient care concerns

What You’ll Bring:

• Active California RN license required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience required; Master’s Degree preferred

• Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership skills required

• Five years of clinical or technical nursing experience preferred

• BLS certification required

• Strong communication, critical thinking, and team leadership abilities
