Mandatory Experience: - Responsible for verifying informed consent prior to administering chemotherapy.
- Must demonstrate the knowledge of proper handling, administration, and disposal of hazardous drugs, and proper usage of PPE.
- Maintains a safe environment, complies with policies and procedures.
- Must be proficient in Epic EMR
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
