Job Title: RN - MED/SURG TELEMETRY Job Location: Portland, ME Job Duration: 2-3 Months (possibility of extension) Shift: Night shift, 7:00pm - 7:30am Years of Experience: > 1 year of travel experience. Float Requirements: Per hospital need. Will float per unit’s float rotation guidelines. Education & Certifications Required: BLS(AHA) Stroke, SI/Restraints, telemetry, blood glucose Unit Information: Number of Beds: 18 Patient Ratios: Day shift- goal 1:4, max 1:5. Night shift- goal 1:5, max 1:6 Equipment: PLUM, Stryker. EMR: EPIC Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: Inpatient acute medical surgical experience. Telemetry. Preferred Skillset/Experience: PCA, epidural, wound vac, IV pumps. Type of Patients on Unit: Medical-Surgical. Mostly medical telemetry patients. Our unit is one of the stroke-certified units for the hospital. Personality Fit: Positive attitude and teamwork centered. Flexible and adaptable. Dress Code: Scrub Color: No specific color required Any unacceptable attire: All attire must meet hospital appearance policy.
