Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment. The ideal candidate will have experience caring for orthopedic, bariatric, and telemetry patients and be comfortable managing a diverse patient population.
Requirements:
- Active South Carolina RN License required
- BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification required
- NIHSS Certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience required
- Minimum 1 year of Epic EMR experience required
- First-time travelers considered with 3+ years of specialty experience

- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Promote patient safety and quality outcomes throughout the care continuum
