Job Description
Develops, coordinates and delivers care to Telemetry patients
Maintains the standards of professional nursing
Supervises CNA/SNA or other health care workers as assigned
Submission Requirements
- 4 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience - [Required]
- Experience with reading monitors, cardiac drips, and post surgical cases - [Required]
- Experience with Adult and Geriatric patients -[Required]
- *Active IL License is required at time of submission*
- BLS/CPR (AHA) - [Required]
- NIHSS- [required]
- ACLS - [required]
- Current documentation of Staffing Agency's IL Nurse Agency Certificate (must include a copy in traveler submission) - [Required]
- Must be fully COVID vaccinated - [Required]

RN to patient ratio: 1:6 or 7
Trauma Level: II
Patient Population: Adult and Geriatric
EMR: Cerner
Dress Code: Pewter grey scrubs (traveler must provide)
