Job Title: RN - Med Surg
Location: Hudson, FL
Type: Permanent Contingent | Full-Time Nights | Rotating Weekends
Pay: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (Based on years of experience)
Night Differential: +$4.75/hr
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for Days | $15,000 for Nights

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking RN Registered Nurse Med Surg for an exciting Travel or Local job in Hudson, FL.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate care for Med/Surg patients
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and discharge instructions
- Maintain and review patient records, including tests and examination results
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide quality patient care
- Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with hospital standards
Qualifications
- Active Florida RN License or Compact RN License
- Active FL RN license required within 90 days if holding compact license
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
- Acute Care RN experience required
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- BSN preferred
- Previous Med/Surg acute care experience strongly preferred
