The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester; TN and we are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our Med Surg team.<\/span><\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

• Direct and coordinate patient care in the medical -surgical setting<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and nursing leadership to ensure quality patient outcomes<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Safely administer medications following the five rights of medication administration<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li>
• Initiate, monitor, and discontinue IV therapy as needed<\/span><\/span>
  <\/li><\/ul>

  What We Are Looking For<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  Qualifications<\/span><\/span>
  <\/p>

  • Graduate of an accredited RN program<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Current Tennessee RN license<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Current BLS certification<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • One year of hospital experience preferred<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency in interpreting EKGs, lab results, and clinical data<\/span><\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
