A regional referral center in Savannah, GA is seeking an RN Manager for its Mother Baby unit. The hospital is a 600+ bed acute care facility serving 35 counties across southeast Georgia and southern South Carolina, and is home to the region's only Level I trauma center and children's hospital.

The role. The Mother Baby Manager reports to the Director of Women's Services and directly oversees a team of 29.5 FTEs, including RNs, Unit Secretaries, and CNAs, across a 22-bed unit with an average daily census of around 15. In this role, you will lead the planning, organizing, staffing, and day-to-day direction of unit operations to ensure consistent, high-quality care for postpartum patients and newborns. Working alongside the broader leadership team, you will develop and refine unit-level plans, policies, and procedures. Strong postpartum leadership skills are essential, as this position involves guiding and supporting a tenured nursing staff.

What we're looking for.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State which you practice or must hold Compact/Multi-State RN License required
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
  • A current BLS and ACLS from American Heart Association (AHA or American Red Cross) required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required after 60 months if hire if do not currently have it
  • 3+ years of recent RN experience in women's services in an acute care setting required
  • 1+ years of supervisory/leadership experience required
  • Must have experience in Mother/Baby and Postpartum with demonstrated leadership skills

Schedule. Full-Time – Days – No Weekends.

Compensation. $122,000 - $122,000 per year plus Sign-on bonus available
