What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition
- Supervise CNAs and support positive teamwork on the unit
- Accurately document care and clinical observations within the EMR
- Respond to resident and family concerns with professionalism and compassion
- Maintain compliance with state and federal nursing regulations
- Support resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Current, active Florida RN or LPN license (or compact license)
- Current CPR certification (required)
- IV Therapy Certification (as required by state regulations)
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
- Dependable attendance and flexibility to support resident care needs
- Familiarity with EMR systems and basic computer skills
