Best Home Health Care LLC is currently seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time managerial and clinical position. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who is passionate about patient care, leadership, and making a meaningful impact in the home health field.

Position Overview:
The selected candidate will play an important leadership role by coordinating services with families, social workers, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care and smooth daily operations. This role is primarily clinical, while also including some office and administrative responsibilities.


Responsibilities Include:
• Coordinating patient care and communication with families and healthcare professionals
• Assisting with scheduling and service management
• Performing supervisory visits and clinical assessments
• Covering nursing visits or shifts when necessary
• Supporting office operations and team coordination
• Ensuring quality care and compliance standards are maintained


Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday
(Sunday and Monday Off)


Qualifications:
• Active and clear Florida RN or LPN License
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient homes when needed
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
• Previous experience is welcome, but not required
