RN – Labor & Delivery (L&D) (Contract) – 13 Weeks

Location: California 95240
Contract Dates: 05/26/2026 – 08/24/2026 (13 weeks)
Pay: $2,605 – $2,917/week

Schedule

• Night Shift

• 36–48 hours/week

• 3 x 12-hour shifts (approx. 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

• Every other or every 3rd weekend required (Friday/Saturday nights)

• No call required

• Occasional floating as needed

Position Summary & Responsibilities

• Provide L&D care + postpartum couplet care (LDRP unit)

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Assist with deliveries and newborn stabilization

• Collaborate with care team; educate patients/families

• Delegate tasks and support safe, coordinated care

Requirements

Education & Experience

• BSN: Preferred

• Acute care experience: Preferred

Licensure & Certifications

• Active RN license (state of practice): Required

• BLS/CPR (approved provider): Required

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation): Required
