Location: California 95422 | Pay: $2,716–$3,040/week
Shift: 2nd 12h – Primarily Nights (1800–0630) | Occasional Day coverage
Experience: 3–4 years
Provide care for women from childbearing through geriatric years and infants up to 28 days.
Supervise and coordinate care with other disciplines.
Ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Develop individualized care plans and evaluate patient outcomes.
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
3–4 years nursing experience; L&D, postpartum, and nursery experience preferred.
Basic computer skills.
California RN license – required
BLS, NRP, ACLS, STABLE – required
Intermediate Fetal Monitoring / AWHONN Fetal Monitoring – required within 6 months of hire
PALS preferred
Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and monitor patients.
Provide patient/family education and support.
Supervise, delegate, and coordinate tasks with healthcare team.
Document patient care accurately in Cerner (transitioning to Epic).
Participate in emergency care using safe and precise techniques.
Maintain unit cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment operation.
Comply with all regulatory and hospital standards, including TJC and CMS.
