Type of Opportunity: Full time FTE: 0.90 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 12 Hour Days (United States of America)

Responsibilities:

The Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans. This role works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery, ensure safety, and promote positive clinical outcomes. The RN also serves as an educator and resource for patients, families, and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized treatment plans
  • Administer medications and treatments safely in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure continuity of care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge needs, and ongoing care requirements
  • Provide clinical leadership by supervising support staff, delegating tasks appropriately, and responding effectively in emergency situations

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Nursing

  • State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License

  • BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire

  • New graduates and experienced Nurses with Mental Health Experience Encouraged to Apply
