Qualifications/Skills:
- Current RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Nextgen EHR experience strongly preferred.
- Certification in Nursing Informatics (ANCC) or similar, preferred.
- Familiarity with value-based care programs and clinical quality measures.
- Prefer experience in ambulatory care setting.
Job Duties:
- Ensure optimal use of the EHR and other clinical platforms through data hygiene oversight, end-user training, reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Support value-based care, quality improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Monitor and maintain data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical documentation and structured data elements.
- Identify data quality issues and collaborate with staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Develop and deliver platform training to staff.
- Serve as a Super User for EHR functionality, templates, clinical decision support tools, and reporting dashboards.
- Providing ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting workflow and system-use challenges.
- Run and interpret clinical, operational, and quality reports, including UDS, HEDIS, and other value-based care metrics.
- Design and evaluate workflow changes that support quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.
Employment Type: Full Time, Monday through Friday

Starting Salary Range: $60,000 - $71,240 per year; up to 3% annual increases
